1:1 Personal Training

Personal Training is ideal for you if you have very specific fitness goals, injury management needs or weight loss goals, and is structured as private 1 hour sessions. Your personal trainer will develop individualized program(s) focused on teaching, guiding and progressing you towards your specific goal(s).

PRICING OPTIONS

A 12-month commitment is required for all 1:1 Personal Training packages. You'll receive individualized guidance and support from experienced trainers during 60-minute sessions designed specifically for you.

 

Pricing Options:

  • 1 session per week: $90 +HST per session

  • 2 sessions per week: $80 +HST per session

  • 3 sessions per week: $75 +HST per session

 

Billing is simple and convenient, processed biweekly. Visit us in studio to discuss your goals and setup your training - let’s make it happen together!
