Coach Des
Des brings a calm, supportive presence to every session. She rebuilt her health after losing nearly 80lbs, and that journey shapes the way she coaches today - with patience, empathy, and a deep respect for every body’s starting point. She now helps others feel strong in a way that’s joint‑friendly, safe, and encouraging.

Coach Corrinne
Corrinne understands what it feels like to start over. Her own 85‑pound transformation shaped her compassionate, client‑first approach. She meets people exactly where they are and helps them build strength and confidence at a pace that feels safe, steady, and sustainable.

Coach Alex
Alex began her fitness journey with a 100‑pound transformation that reshaped her life and eventually led her to the bodybuilding stage. She brings that same empathy and lived experience to her coaching, creating a welcoming, judgment‑free space where beginners feel supported, seen, and capable of more than they realize.

I train with Coach Corrine and Coach Des, and they have been amazing at creating personalized workouts that work around my knee and shoulder injuries. They’re highly skilled at adapting exercises for injury recovery, ensuring I can train safely while still making progress.
