NSS Kids - Kids Fitness Classes in Hamilton

Over this 12-week program, children will build real-world physical foundations:

Each 60-minute session is thoughtfully designed with a guided warm-up, fun structured activity, and a calming cool-down, so they leave energized and not overwhelmed.

Program Schedule

Fall program: September 8 – December 3, 2026

Class is offered Friday evenings from 7-8pm.

Each child is enrolled in their own dedicated weekly time slot for the full 12 weeks - creating the consistency and routine that helps them grow, progress, and truly thrive.
