Refund Policy

At North Star Strong, we are dedicated to providing you with the best personal training experience. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we want to ensure that you have a clear understanding of our refund policy. 

 

Refunds for Purchased Online Packages

 

Refunds are available only if you cancel your online package within 10 days of purchase. After this period, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund based on the number of unused sessions. 

 

Subscription Plans

 

For subscription-based plans, cancellations can be made at any time. However, please note that no refunds will be provided for any completed billing cycles. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

 

No-Shows 

 

If you miss a scheduled session without 24 hours notice, that session will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided. Please ensure to notify us if you need to reschedule or cancel in advance.

 

Technical Issues

 

In the event of technical issues affecting your ability to participate in a session, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to reschedule the session or provide an alternative solution.

 

Refund Processing

 

Refunds are processed within 15 days of your request. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
