Forget the before-and-after photos. Let’s talk about the first 30 days.
Starting a new training program can feel overwhelming. Will it be too hard? Will I be sore for days? Will I even know what I’m doing?
At NSS, we make sure your first 30 days are about building confidence - not chasing perfection.
Week-by-Week Breakdown
Week 1
You meet your coach. You learn the basics. You leave feeling supported. This week is all about connection and clarity. Every new Semi-Private Training membership begins with 1:1 coaching, so you’re never thrown into a group setting without preparation. Your trainer will walk you through foundational movements, assess your mobility, and help you understand how to move safely and effectively. It’s not about doing more - it’s about doing it right.
Week 2
Movements feel smoother. You notice less stiffness. You start sleeping better. As your body begins to adapt, your confidence grows. You’ll continue working 1:1 with your coach, refining your form and building a solid base. These sessions are tailored to your goals and your body’s needs, so you can progress with clarity and purpose. By the end of week two, you’ll feel ready to step into semi-private sessions with strength and confidence.
Week 3
You feel stronger. Your posture improves. You begin to trust your body again. Now that you’ve built your foundation, you’ll start to notice real shifts - in how you move, how you stand, and how you feel. You’re not just exercising; you’re reclaiming your relationship with movement.
Week 4
You’re lifting more than you thought possible. You feel energized, not exhausted. You realize this is just the beginning. This is where momentum kicks in. You’re no longer wondering if you can do this - you know you can. And you’re excited to keep going.
